1993 Supra- 1017 whp- BCP TUNED

Bret’s 1993 Supra arrived at Boost Controlled Performance last year to begin it’s complete powertrain transformation. Considered to be one of the all-around best cars to come out of the nineties, the Toyota Supra has always held a high place in the performance rankings. Just in stock trim the car is very quick, smooth, and sexy. But to some people, stock isn’t enough- which is why we are here. 

The car started life as a twin turbo automatic car but we fully converted it over to single turbo 6 speed using 100% Toyota OEM parts. A Titan Motorsports 3.4 stroker engine was complimented by a BW 82mm turbocharger, Injector Dynamics ID2000s, and an AEM V2 stand-alone engine management system. The power is sent through a brand new Getrag V160 6 Speed transmission (arguably one of the strongest factory car transmissions ever produced) and mated with a Tilton QUAD disk clutch. Here are some pictures from stock to well….not so stock. We are anxious to re-tune the car with more aggressive camshafts soon (only running Titan 264s at the moment) to see if the setup is good for 1100+ whp!
